ETHICAL PRODUCTION PROCESS

Bailey Renée works in close collaboration with skilled artisans in India, where each garment is produced using time-honored techniques & thoughtful small-batch methods. These long-standing relationships are built on transparency, respect, & a shared commitment to preserving handcraft through fair, responsible production.

Design remains intentionally easeful, centered on soft, spacious silhouettes that allow for movement, comfort, & individuality. Guided by the rhythms of nature & a belief in longevity over trend, each piece is made to be worn often, lived in fully, & kept for years.

NATURAL DYES

Natural dyes are used to create soft, nuanced color that reflects the beauty of variation. The dyeing process is slow & organic, allowing tone & depth to develop gradually. No two pieces are exactly alike, & these subtle differences are embraced as part of the garment's character.

HAND LOOM

Select fabrics are woven on traditional hand looms, allowing for greater texture & individuality. This slow weaving process emphasizes craftsmanship over uniformity, resulting in textiles that feel intentional, tactile, & enduring.

BLOCK PRINTS

Block printing is an ancient textile technique practiced by skilled artisans. Hand-carved wooden blocks are pressed onto fabric one layer at a time, creating patterns that feel rhythmic & expressive. This process values patience & precision, celebrating the artistry behind each print.
