Orders are processed, inspected, and shipped from our offices in Portland, Maine. Pieces are made in small batches and are typically available to ship immediately. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided. If you have not received a tracking email after your order has shipped, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders: 5–7 business days, depending on location
International orders: 8–14 business days

Please note that our shipping partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, Bailey Renée is no longer responsible for the package. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if a return is the result of an error on our part.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur that are outside of our control.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the destination, fees may be collected at the time of delivery. Bailey Renée is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s Level 1 PCI DSS–compliant payment platform.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars. Any currency conversion is determined by the issuing bank.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All applicable import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
