Shipping Time

Orders are processed, inspected and shipped from our offices in Portland, Maine Items are made in small batches and are available to ship immediately. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship out. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.  You can track your order here. If you have not received a tracking number email after your order has been shipped, please contact us for assistance.

Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic deliveries depending on location of delivery and 8-14 days for international delivery. 

Please note that our shipping partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping policies

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

We do not refund packages lost in transit. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Please note that some orders may experience delays that we have no control over.

International Orders

Upon placing an international order, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are due once the package arrives at its destination country. Depending on the country, buyers may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. Bailey Renée will not be held responsible for any customs and import taxes.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards including isa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Diners Club. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Meta Pay and are completed securely thanks to the Shopify payment platform (Level 1 PCI DSS). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. 

All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card. 

All orders require the full amount due at the time you place your order.

All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
