Orders
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship out; once your order is dispatched at the post office, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. You can track your order here.
If you have not received a tracking number email after your order has been shipped, please contact us for assistance.
Items are made in small batches and are available to ship immediately. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship out, with the average shipping time being 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Returns
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in person or on shopbaileyrenee.com, please get in touch with us requesting a return within 5 days of the delivery date. All items must be sent back to us within seven days of the approval, which will be sent via email in response to your original return request. To learn more about our return policy, click here.

We hope this does not happen and apologize if you receive a damaged item. If your item appears damaged, please contact us with an image of your damaged good within 48 hours of delivery so we may help resolve this!

Sustainable Packaging
All of our papers are made out of biodegradable seed paper embedded with seeds. When you plant the paper in a pot of soil, the seeds germinate and grow into basil.
Our shipping boxes and mailers are 100% recyclable and secured with water-activated packing tape printed on kraft paper to make recycling your boxes easier.
