If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased in person or through shopbaileyrenee.com, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, returns must be sent back within 7 days, as confirmed via email.

Items must be returned unused, with all original packaging and tags attached, within 5 days of delivery and within 7 days of receiving return approval.

We are unable to accept exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or washed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Bailey Renée reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or are sent back without prior approval.

We are happy to accommodate exchanges for items purchased through shopbaileyrenee.com for the same style in a different size, subject to availability.

Domestic returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery and must be sent back within 7 days of receiving approval. Once approved, a return label will be issued via email.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.

All items marked down from their original price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We hope this does not happen, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the item so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be returned to the Bailey Renée studio. Customers will be contacted prior to order cancellation. If you wish to have the order reshipped, a new shipping label will be required.
